I really tried to get black women to keep their hands clean of the whole DEI trend in workplaces. There has been research for a while showing it was burning black women out and simultaneously putting a target on their backs. White people hated it, and they hated it even more when gender ideology glommed onto it as a vehicle for proselytization.
I’m sad to see this but I’m not surprised.
