So a trans-identified male is sitting in the priority seat on the Taiwan metro and an elderly woman nudges him with her bag to indicate that he should get up and let her sit down. His reaction is to stand up and kick her full force. It's a miracle she didn't break a hip or experienced serious injury. The police were apparently called, but I do not know if he was arrested or charged.

If this were Reddit, I'd say "everyone sucks here." The kick was way overkill, but swinging a bag into someone deliberately, to get them to move, isn't ok either. Use your words, people. You're on a train, not a preschool playground.

Yeah, she was being obnoxious, but he easily could have killed her with that kick if she had fallen and broken her hip or hit her head. Sort of exemplifies why men shouldn't be in our own spaces - so many of them do not understand they can literally kill us with one hit.

I think they know and understand, and they fucking love it. It's why I'll never let my guard down with a male in my presence, not even my best friend.
