I would think that's a huge violation of HIPAA.

They don't care about violating women in any way. Not women's privacy, not women's rights, not women's bodies. Nothing is safe from violation if you're a female human being in this world.

No, but the law doesn't explicitly say that so I'd say it could be a good one to litigate.
