I could see that being part of why this shook out the way it did. ETA: I just read something that totally refuted my theory haha. It was on Threads and someone said that in 2020/2021 Wyoming used the hell out of the part of their constitution that says persons of sound mind can make their own medical decisions and they used this with regards to masking and vaccines during COVID, and it was never intended to be used for abortion. So... That's an interesting perspective! I didn't fact check it but it would make sense, too. |
