Allowing pharmacies (and hospitals) to "boycott" birth control is next.
My one reservation about a true single-payer health care system in the U.S. is that we will always, regardless of whether Dems ever return to power, have about 30-40% of the population who think they have the right (and actually god-mandated duty) to interfere in the health care decisions, especially those concerning reproduction, of other people. If the U.S. survives (which I doubt as this point), Americans will whiplash between abortion/birth control coverage and abortion/bc bans for the rest of my life.
