Apologies if this is not the right subforum, but this story, wtf. Bad enough what the plastic surgeon did but also, to be labia-shamed by your gyn. It's one thing to bring up an issue with a patient if a gyn sees evidence of chafing, bleeding, irritation, etc. and maybe that was the case here, but it's hard to tell. There's no excuse for the plastic surgeon to have done an additional procedure on Brooke without her consent.

"Vaginal tightening" sounds like pseudoscience tbh. Wtf I seriously think it's a form of assault and she should be allowed to sue him.
This is infuriating, but sadly it's common for women to have invasive medical procedures done without their knowledge Thinking about how it only recently became illegal in the US to do pelvic exams on unconscious women...

It's like the male gyns who give women the "husband stitch" after childbirth, without the woman's consent. These men just assume women want these procedures, because it's what men want.
