I know, I know. "Nut allergy." I admit, I laughed. They're not making a pun though. This is actually a bit scary and good to know if you have food allergies that could kill you.

No kidding! I have a number of food allergies/sensitivities (presumed; I really need to get that tested), and yikes! All the more reason to use a barrier method.
I heard somewhere a few years ago that this could happen - it was anecdata only, someone telling a story - but it was vaginal secretions transmitting allergens that time. So I'm not surprised, exactly, but it's definitely an alarming thought!
