I and some other women are going to annotate a copy of this book and mail it to each other, kind of like a chain letter (or like medieval scholars used to communicate!). If anyone is interested in participating in this little exercise let me know. I've just ordered the book and will start the 'chain'.

That sounds like a clever and fun activity!

The first edition book cover is so cool, it also reminds me of the Narcissist's Prayer:

Which makes sense to me that the line of thinking would be the same, given how egotistical men must be to think they have any right to suppress women's writing.
