Unfortunately it's traditional in some countries. Happened to me. Stopped using earrings pretty early in childhood and the holes never healed right. Even as babies, we're just objects to display.

Unfortunately it's traditional in some countries. Happened to me. Stopped using earrings pretty early in childhood and the holes never healed right. Even as babies, we're just objects to display.
