(Mar 11 2025, 9:13 PM)flytraps_ Yes, I have endometriosis & PCOS. The surgery didn’t take as long to recover from as I had expected. I was mostly good after about a week. I just couldn’t pick my cat up for a while because I was worried he’d scratch where the incision was.

No joke, the lack of cat has been one of the hardest parts of the recovery. 😂 My girl has been very upset with me, she doesn't understand why she can't sit on my lap like usual. I also can't bend down to pet her, so she's not even getting as many pets. She's been doing a lot of sulking in corners and ignoring me, LOL. (As my partner has said, "Don't you understand your surgery has been really hard on her?")
