I'd never heard of The StoryGraph until seeing this article. I'm not much of a Goodreads user so I don't know if I'll dive right into using The StoryGraph, but I'm happy to know it's out there.
Hey, I use StoryGraph with @snowdrops for tracking books we read for our book club! :D I haven't dived into its features that deeply, but so far I've liked it!
Ohhh, that's awesome. I always thought it was a lil "creepy" (in that techbroligarchy sense) that Goodreads, such a popular book website, was owned by a billion dollar corporation. I hope StoryGraph continues to grow and weakens strengths of the consolidated billionaire tech sphere.
I really like the StoryGraph. I was also looking for an Amazon-free alternative to Goodreads.
I still use Goodreads a bit more because I use it mostly to read reviews and Goodreads has more review activity, but I’m really glad to hear that the StoryGraph is taking off.
