I keep wondering why it feels like my heart is thumping all the time, and then I remember just how many people are actively being harmed by this administration (for the pettiest freaking things)

100%. I had an actual panic attack yesterday, not related to these Planned Parenthood cuts but because of the tariff bullshit. This is worse for my anxiety than 2020 was, and that was the end of his first presidency. We're only four months in. I don't know what to fucking do! He and his people are so maliciously stupid and stupidly malicious.
