Quote:We don’t know for sure what’s going on, Summers says, but her theory is that, “part of it is payback”.

“A lot of men resent the fact that women have rights and have entitlements and have freedoms, and especially have economic freedoms that make them less dependent.” Instead of seeing those freedoms as a benefit – “as any sensible man would” – some men “just can’t cope,” she says.

Yep. Men have felt entitled to women (as objects for men, men's possessions) for centuries/millenia. Now that such an inhumane practice is turning, they are upset. Most men are not "sensible men," unfortunately. The vast majority of men have some degree of entitlement to women's bodies and minds. Men who are upset that they can no longer own women are quite sociopathic, so they "act out" by supporting barbaric political systems that bring back some of that control.

The person phrasing it as "some men 'just can't cope'" is a pretty "cute" way of painting an absolutely disturbing image. When a physically abusive man starts punching his wife "because" she burnt dinner, would they also say that the man simply "just can't cope 🥺" with a burnt food instead of recognizing that the man is an abusive human being who does not deserve to be partnered to another until they recognize their entitlement and disregard for human life?

It's very common for liberals and menslibbers to paint incels and misogynists as these poor persecuted little babies who are feeling so lost and aimless in a world where they have to deal with such traumatising, difficult things like their sex slave bangmaids having, ugh, rights and also feminism vilifying them by speaking up against domestic violence, which makes these poor little babies feel so hurt and defensive 🥺. It's just so hard on them to live in this evil matriarchal world. If only the feminazis weren't so vile and opinionated or, at the very least, put more effort into making themselves seem less threatening and less judgemental 🥺🥺🥺

And all the while I'm like...these are abusers...rapists...abd we're supposed to coddle THEIR feelings??
