About, Listening To Radical Women This site began as a way for me to stay on top of radical feminist news. Why radical feminist? Because the oppression of women is rampant and incessant, as readily apparent when reading women's news, and radical feminism is the only system of thought to recognize that women's oppression is rampant and incessant. Moreover, from a theoretical perspective, radical feminism is the only philosophy to forcefully advance the "radical notion that women are people" as Marie Shear described it, and explain the domination of women as structural and sex-based. In the matter of women, it's crucial to accept that mainstream politics are counterproductive when trying to unpack and improve things. Luckily, radical women have always worked against the mainstream to make things better, and that work continues in the news linked from this site.
