Quote:The two people who filed an incident complaint to police on Dec. 15 are part of a Livonia community Facebook page.

They were concerned about a man who went by Tom Rizz online, who recorded women and children with his Meta glasses and posted the recordings on his social media.

His TikTok page has over 52,000 followers with 1.3 million likes.

They said women were posting on the Livonia Facebook group about the man, saying they were uncomfortable and asking whether other women had encountered him.

They said women who encountered the man had to be escorted to their cars because of how uncomfortable they felt.

They said the man was in the Livonia Facebook group and argued with people in the comments, leading to him doxxing some women who disagreed with his content.

How interesting that he isn't trying this with men, only women and children.

How is this not illegal? Like, since he's posting these on his TikTok page that means he's getting money from the videos, right? Isn't there rules about filming people for "shows" and stuff? Like normally people have to sign forms and stuff when they're being broadcast, right? Especially since he seems to be doing it in private stores, based on the thumbnail of a video in the article..? Wtf. Psycho creep.

I'm not sure how it's legal, either. Maybe the store is considered a public space because anyone can enter, as opposed to someone's home or a membership-based club or store. It's creepy and gross either way, and he KNOWS it is, otherwise he wouldn't be doing this only to women and children. He doesn't include men because he knows what he's doing is weird and that men have the physical capability (size, strength) and aggression to make him regret it.
