Black Women Turn to One Another as Their Career Paths Suddenly Recede

The one up side of the situation might be the building of community - turning to each other for advice, resume reviews, pep talks, etc. so they know that they're not alone and it's not just any one of them individually who's affected. But it's a damn shame Black women are experiencing this downturn even harder than other groups.
