More anti-choice propaganda. I’m well aware there are women who can’t take hormonal birth control or who have had problems with it. I’m also well aware there are many, many women, myself included, who did just fine on hormonal birth control, even back when the hormonal doses were higher than they are now.

No woman should feel like she has to take birth control pills or use any form of BC she doesn’t want to, but I’m tired of this drumbeat of bullshit that seems designed to steer women away from birth control at all. No need to use Taliban-level force if you can make women think it’s their own idea.

It should absolutely be available as a free choice. We can educate women more about their cycles AND do more research into women's health and hormones so we stop throwing BC at every problem AND have BC easily accessible for women who want or need it.

I am tired of the 'have more white babbies, plz" propaganda; no actual feminist said that shit.  If men want women to have more children, they need to use their power to fix society, not take away birth control, the right to vote,  the right to work, and the right to divorce. Spelled out in the right's PJ2025. This is just chipping away at the second thing (after abortion).

Hormonal birth control is not ideal, is over prescribed for things like acne, or PMDD, but that isn't the real purpose of this article.
