Event Total Woman Victory's TORCH 2026 Conference!
Is anyone else thinking about going to TORCH in October?
I wanted to share this here because I know there are women in this forum who might actually be interested in something like this.
Total Woman Victory is holding the TORCH feminist conference October 9–11 in Worcester, Massachusetts, at Worcester State University. It’s a full weekend of workshops, panels, feminist political education, organizing, consciousness-raising, and (hopefully/actually) getting to meet and talk to other womyn who are doing this work.
I'm also going to be involved through a couple of projects that will have booths there.
Distro Sisters will have a booth giving away supplies, including Narcan, sexual hygiene products, menstrual hygiene products, personal hygiene supplies, Plan B, and other essentials.
The Venus Literary Collective will also have a booth, where we'll have books and other goods for sale, along with things we're giving away.
We're actually looking for womyn who are attending and would be willing to help staff the booths for the weekend. You don't have to commit to standing there the entire conference—we just need some extra hands so everyone involved can have a chance to attend panels and workshops too.
And honestly, even if you don't want to volunteer, I'd love to see more womyn from online feminist spaces actually show up to something like this. It's very easy to spend all of our time talking to each other online. Getting womyn in the same room, exchanging ideas, making connections, and figuring out what we can actually do together is a different experience.
If you're interested, here's the official conference page with information about tickets, volunteering, speaking, and tabling:

If you're going, let me know! And if you're interested in helping with the Distro Sisters or Venus Literary Collective booths, definitely reach out. I'd love to know who else from this community is planning on being there.
