Take Action! Protest the New Hampshire abortion ban (HB476)

There is going to be a hearing for a 15-week abortion ban tomorrow 1/27 at 9:30am.
The bill is HB476.
Why this is important:
- Some women don’t know they are pregnant at 15 weeks. (I got it mixed up with the 6-week ban, but it is still a risk)
- New Hampshire has no abortion exceptions for the “health of the mother.” Meaning you will need to be on the brink of death to get an abortion.
- New Hampshire has a trigger law cutting off Medicaid if federal funding gets cut. This would cut off vital medical care for pregnant women below the poverty line.
- This infringes on our right to bodily autonomy and freedom. Especially insulting in a state that prides itself on upholding the freedoms of the people.
- Republican leadership promised not to touch NH’s current abortion ban. This is a betrayal to the people of New Hampshire.
