Aren't Tories a conservative party? Of course the men don't support TERFs lol, they're only against the trans stuff because they think trans = gay and gay = icky. Conservative men have 0 interest in the Radical Feminist part, they're only interested in the Trans Exclusive part.

I know right?! That's what I was thinking when I read the article. Like, are they really "good male friends"? I'm not very familiar with UK politics, but I also understand Tories to be conservative/right-wing. The idea that conservatives are in any sense allies or would support radical feminists or gender critical feminists is laughable. They only support "anti-trans" legislation, because they find gender non-conformity or any subversion to gender conformity to be "degenerate behavior" I assume. Of course they don't truly care about women's rights and how transgender ideology clashes with that. At best, they pay lip service to worried women in order to get their votes; at worst, they just ignore women altogether.
Expecting men who don't give a shit about women's rights, to give a shit about women's rights, is futile.
